TITLE: French Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
Full time or Part time
WAGE: $11.55/hour
DATE AVAILABLE: ASAP
WORKING HOURS: 10:30pm – 7:00pm EST (Monday – Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Agents will provide outbound bi-lingual French and English vehicle service reminders, satisfaction surveys, and outbound appointment scheduling for our clients growing Canadian automotive business which includes over 300 dealership clients across the country.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have strong written and verbal communication in French and English
- Clear and precise enunciation and pronunciation
- Outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent call quality
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Excellent computer skills – 35 wpm with 90% accuracy with ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance record is mandatory
- Good retention skills/very detail oriented
- Accepts constructive feedback and implements recommended changes
- Reliable, Easily Trained and Self Motivated
- Team Player and able to work in a fast paced environment
COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum have personal computer and pass specifications required
